Covenant House Inc (CHI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that was established in 1964.  CHI is located in Germantown and covers the Northwest section of Philadelphia with a primary focus on the provision of primary care services in medically underserved urban communities.  CHI seeks to offer patient-led healthcare that welcomes and strengthens the Philadelphia community by integrating body, mind and spirit.
