I'm from Orlando, FL

Why did you decide to join NHC? 
I wanted to immerse myself in a patient care environment while working to serve communities that are often overlooked by our healthcare system.

What are you hoping to gain or learn during your service term? 
I hope to improve my understanding of the healthcare system while increasing my experience working with patients. I'm also hoping to learn skills that will be transferable to a career in the healthcare sector in the future.

What are you most looking forward to during your service term?
I'm excited to play a role in targeting public health issues in Philadelphia. I'm also looking forward to learning more through hands-on experience.
