Where are you from?
I grew up in Washington Crossing, PA. It's a small town famous for being the location where George Washington crossed the Delaware River to fight the Battle of Trenton!

Why did you decide to join NHC?
I decided to join NHC to gain more experience in the public health field, and to serve my community.

What are you hoping to gain or learn during your service term?
During my service term, I’m hoping to gain more cultural competency, a greater understanding of health disparities faced by marginalized communities, and insight into the public health field.


What are you most looking forward to during your service term? 
I’m most looking forward to working with clients and helping them gain autonomy of their health. I’m also excited to spend time with my cohort and serve my community!
