Where are you from? I was born and raised in Fresno, CA

Why did you decide to join NHC?
During the pandemic, I saw the impact COVID-19 had on Fresno County’s community. It
inspired me to become involved in public health to assist in meeting the needs of at-risk
populations.

What are you hoping to gain or learn during your service term?
While working in the HIV program, I hope to learn more about the impacted population
and how to better understand their needs.

What are you most looking forward to during your service term?
I look forward to working with others who share the same passion as I do for
public health and helping others.
