Clay Behavioral Health Center is a private not for profit 501(c)3 community mental health agency that serves adults and children with mental health and/or substance use problems. We provide prevention, intervention and treatment services to the residents of Clay and surrounding counties. We are both a Medicaid and Medicare provider and have a state contract to serve the uninsured on a sliding fee scale.
